FOTD: Milani Runway Wet/Dry Eyeshadow "Silver Charm" and Revlon Diamond Lust Eyeshadow "Night Sky"

I'm getting into the holiday spirit, so I've started to try out a few dramatic and sparkly looks for all the upcoming holiday parties and festivities.  Today is a mix of some drugstore brands: Milani and Revlon. 


The picture doesn't capture the sparkle from the Revlon shadow, but use your imagination...a little more bling!

Laura Geller Real Deal Concealer "Light"
Laura Geller Balance 'n Brighten "Fair"

Milani Runway Eyes "Silver Charm" - inner corner
Revlon Diamond Lust "Night Sky" - outer corner, crease
Milani Runway Eyes "Lily White" - highlight
Milani Liquif'eye eyeliner "Black"
L'oreal Voluminous False Fibers Mascara

Lips:
Too Faced Lipstick "Celebrity Meltdown"

A pretty easy look with a lot of impact.  Switch up the silver for gold and you have another easy look.

FOTD: Bare Escentuals Celestine, Sassy Minerals Pandora's Box, Milani Lilly White and NYX Cream Pallet in Sweet Chocolate Brown

I have been looking at my NYX Glitter Cream Pallet Sweet Chocolate Browns for a couple of days now trying to figure out something to do with them.  I've used them on top of eyeshadows, but one thing I've wanted to try is to apply the glitters on top of a black eyeliner to try and add some glitz.  I was drawn to the gold microglitter, so I built a look around it.  Unfortunately, I didn't have my "good" camera on hand, so the resolution isn't great below, but I think you can still see how it turned out.


For the look, I used the following:

Face
Laura Geller's Real Deal concealer in Light
Pur Minerals Foundation in Porcelain
Milani Baked Blush in Coralina

Eyes
Fyrinnae Pixie Epoxy
Bare Escentuals Eyeshadow in Celestine - inner corner
Sassy Minerals Eyeshadow in Pandoras Box - outer corner/crease
Milani Eyeshadow in Lily White - highlight
Milani Liqu'ify Eyeliner in Black
NYX Cream Pallet in Sweet Chocolate Brown - glitter gold on top of black eyeliner

Lips
Carmex Moisture Plus Ultra Hydrating Lip Balm "Sheer Plum Tint"



These glitter pallets would be fun for New Year's Eve...just a thought!

An icy blue EOTD for this rainy day today!  I saw my Milani Baked eyeshadow laying lonely in my makeup drawer, so I thought I'd put a little look together around it.  Here it is...

EOTD: Fyrinnae STFU, Aromaleigh Amarante and Sassy Minerals Witty Banter

Today's EOTD is another mix of Fyrinnae and Aromaleigh and Sassy Minerals.  This one is a mix of golds, bronzes and olives as well, but I did it a little backwards.

Here's the whole deal.  Again, I can't rave enough about the Too Faced lipstick I got.  It's such a pretty warm berry shade!
